Before Communion
I will have no other treasure besides Thee, good Jesus! My heart shall no longer seek its Best-Beloved; it has found Him. My love shall no more languish far from Thee, now that I know Thy dwelling-place.
Oh, draw me now entirely to Thee, divine Lover, my mind with all its thoughts, my heart with all its desires and affections, my will with all its actions, my body with all is senses, that I may live no longer in myself but in Thee!

PRAYER AFTER HOLY COMMUNION
My good Jesus, I thank Thee with all my heart. How good, how kind Thou art to me Sweet Jesus! Blessed be Jesus in the most holy Sacrament of the Altar. ACT OF OFFERING. O' Jesus, receive my poor offering. Jesus, Thou hast given Thyself to me, and now let me give myself to Thee. I give Thee my body, that I may be chaste and pure. I give Thee my soul, that it may be free from sin. I give Thee my heart, that it may always love Thee. I give Thee every breath that I shall breathe, and especially my last; I give Thee myself in life and in death, that I may be Thine for ever and ever, Amen. PRAYER FOR OTHERS. O' Jesus, have mercy on Thy holy Church; take care of it. O' Jesus, have pity on poor sinners and save them from hell. O' Jesus, bless my father, my mother, my brothers and sisters, and all I ought to pray for, as Thy Heart knows how to bless them. O'Jesus, have pity on the poor suffering souls in Purgatory and give them eternal rest. Amen.

Prayer by Padre Pio for After Communion
Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. You know how easily I abandon You. Stay with me, Lord, because I am weak, and I need Your strength that I may not fall so often.
Stay with me, Lord, for You are my light, and without You I am in darkness. Stay with me, Lord, to show me Your will.
Stay with me, Lord, so that I hear Your voice and follow You. Stay with me, Lord, for I desire to love You very much and to be in Your company always.
Stay with me, Lord, if You wish me to be faithful to You. Stay with me, Lord, for as poor as my soul is I want it to be a place of consolation for You, a nest of love. Amen.

Prayer of Thanksgiving
Lord God, I thank You through the Sacred Heart of Jesus, who is pleased to offer You on our behalf continuous thanksgiving in the Eucharist.
Thank You for all Your benefits, general as well as special: for creation, redemption, the sacraments; and especially for the Holy Eucharist, and for all the graces You have given me.
I wish to thank You, Lord, on behalf of myself and of all creatures, and to make amends to You, as far as I am able, for the ingratitude of many, of which You complain so vehemently. I wish that I were able to direct the hearts and minds of all to You and, together with them and for them, love You perfectly in return just as You rightly expect. Amen.

Prayer of Self-Dedication
Lord
Jesus Christ, take all my freedom, my memory, my understanding,
and my will. All that I have and cherish, You have given me. I
surrender it all to be guided by Your will. Your grace and Your
love are wealth enough for me.
Give me these, Lord Jesus, and I ask for nothing more. Amen.

Thanksgiving after Receiving Holy Communion
Dear Jesus, I believe that You are present within my heart. You said, "This is My Body and My Blood." And I know You love me and want to be with me. From my heart, I thank You for all You have given to me: my life, my parents, my health, Baptism, protection, and all that I have. Make me more grateful still. Generous Lord, I ask for still more: Protect my soul and body. Be good to those I love. Grant me this special favor. (mention it here) Watch over me and make me good and happy. Jesus, I promise to receive You often in Holy Communion. Remain with me, dear Jesus, today and always. Never leave me in life and be with me in the hour of my death. Amen.

An Act of Spiritual Communion
My
Jesus, I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

AN ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
My Dear Lord and Savior! Though I am but a sinful servant, I approach Thee with confidence, for Thou hast said in Thy goodness and mercy: "Come to me all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will refresh you." Thou wilt not despise a contrite and humble heart. I am truly sorry for having offended Thee by my sins, because Thou art infinitely good. I have wounded Thy Sacred Heart by foolishly resisting Thy holy will and transgressing Thy Commandments; but I love Thee now with my whole heart and above all things. I adore Thee truly present on the Altar. I have a great desire, dear Jesus, to receive Thee in Holy Communion, and since I cannot now approach the Holy Table to be united to Thee in the Blessed Sacrament, I beseech Thee most earnestly to come to me at least spiritually and to refresh my soul with the sweetness of Thy grace.
Come, my Lord my God and my All! Come to me, and let me never again be separated from Thee by sin. I wish to become like to Thee. Teach me Thy blessed ways; help me with Thy grace to practice meekness, humility, purity, charity, and all the virtues of Thy Sacred Heart.
Oh Thou Lamb of God! Who takest away the sins of the world, take away from me whatever may hurt me and displease Thee. With St. Francis of Assisi I pray: May the fire of Thy love consume my soul, so that I may die to self and the world for love of Thee, Who hast vouchsafed to die on the Cross for the love of me!
Jesus, I consecrate to Thee my heart with all its affections, my soul with all its powers, and my body with all its senses. In union with Thee I will labor and suffer to do the Heavenly father's will. I will ever be mindful of the presence of my God and strive to be perfect. Bless me in life and in death that I may praise Thee forever in Heaven. Amen.

PRAYER OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
O Jesus! Thou hast given us in the Holy Eucharist Thy Body and Blood to be our spiritual nourishment, through which we may have life everlasting. Would that I were now prepared to approach the Holy Table to be united with Thee in the Blessed Sacrament! I desire, with all my heart, to receive this living Bread which came down from Heaven.
O lord, I am not worthy that Thou shouldst enter under my roof; say but the word, and my soul shall be healed. [Three times.] Let me taste, at least, the sweetness of a spiritual Communion. Come to me, Jesus, my Lord, my Master. Come and refresh my soul. Strengthen me, that in union with Thee I may do perfectly the Heavenly Father's will. Let me never be separated from Thee by sin.
Keep me in Thy love and Thy grace. I will not be lured away from Thee by the deceitful honors and pleasures of the world. I love Thee above all things and with my whole heart. "Thou art the God of my heart, and the God that is my portion forever."
Increase my faith, strengthen my hope, kindle my love, that I may die to self and live but for Thee.
Omnia ad majorem Dei gloriam!

A Spiritual Communion, with Mary
O Immaculate Queen of Heaven and Earth, Mother of God and Mediatrix of every grace: I believe that Thy dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, is truly, really, and substantially contained in the Most Blessed Sacrament. I love Him above all things and I long to receive Him into my heart.
Since I cannot now receive Him sacramentally, be so good as to place Him spiritually in my soul. O my Jesus, I embrace Thee as One who has already come, and I unite myself entirely to Thee. Never permit me to be separated from Thee. Amen.

O my God, I firmly believe that You are really and corporally present in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar. I adore You here present from the very depths of my heart, and I worship Your Sacred Presence with all possible humility. O my soul, what joy to have Jesus Christ always with us, and to be able to speak to Him, heart to Heart, with all confidence. Grant, O Lord, that I, having adored Your Divine Majesty here on earth in this wonderful Sacrament, may be able to adore It eternally in heaven.
O
Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine,
all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine!
