Prayers to Offer Up Our Sufferings for Others
O Jesus, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your Mother and ours, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass celebrated throughout the world today. Drench my thoughts, words, and actions with Your Precious Blood so that they may be an acceptable sacrifice to the Father for (name of individual or group of people), their families, and their intentions. Be with them this day, protecting them from harm and easing their sufferings. Inspire hope in their hearts and renew their faith in Your Divine Mercy, O Lord. Hear and answer their prayers, as I offer my day and any blessings I would receive to them. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
The Daily Morning Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for sin, for the intentions of all my friends and associates, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father. Amen
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day: my work, my prayers, my apostolic efforts; my time with family and friends; my hours of relaxation; my difficulties, problems, distress which I shall try to bear with patience. Join these my gifts to the unique offering which Jesus Christ, Your Son, renews today in the Eucharist. Grant, I pray, that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, my life this day may be of service to you and to your children and help consecrate the world to You. Amen.
Prayer of Knights at the Foot of the Cross Consecration
O
Immaculata, Queen of Heaven and Earth, Health of the Sick, and
our most Loving Mother, God has willed to entrust the entire
order of mercy to you. You stood at the foot of the Cross,
uniting your self with the sufferings of Jesus, and so you became
for all the Church a model of compassion.
I, (name), a repentant sinner, cast myself at your feet, humbly
imploring you to take me with all that I am and have, wholly to
yourself as your possession and property. Please make of me, of
all my powers of soul and body, of my daily sufferings and
crosses, of my whole life, death and eternity, whatever most
pleases you.
If it pleases you, use all that I am and have without reserve, wholly to accomplish what was said of you: "She will crush your head, and "You alone have destroyed all heresies in the whole world." Through my prayers and sufferings, let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for introducing and increasing your glory to the maximum in all the many strayed and indifferent souls, and thus help, to extend as far as possible the blessed kingdom of the most Sacred Heart of Jesus. For wherever you enter you obtain the grace of conversion and growth in holiness, since it is through your hands that all graces come to us from the most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
